Enhanced Access Appointments

You can see a GP, nurse, or another healthcare professional in the evening (Monday to Friday) or on a Saturday. This makes it easier to get an appointment at a time that suits you, including outside normal working hours. Appointments can be either face-to-face or by telephone, depending on what is most appropriate for your needs.  

Appointments are offered from the Mezzanine level, Derby Square, Epsom and Bourne Hall Health Centre.

Appointment Times

1. Monday–Friday: up to 8pm (some clinics until 9.15pm)

2. Saturday: 9am–5pm

Appointments can be booked on the day or up to two weeks in advance.

How to Book

1. Contact your GP practice in the usual way.

2. If no appointments are available, your practice may offer you an Enhanced Access appointment if appropriate.

3. When your practice is closed, call 01372 232001 .

4. To use the hub service, you must give consent for your medical records to be shared so the clinician has the information needed to provide safe and effective care.
