Modern Slavery Act Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Part 6 (Section 54) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by the Derby Medical Centre to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.
We recognise our responsibility to take all possible steps to tackle modern slavery risks related to our operations and to put in place measures aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or in any part of our supply chains.
The Derby Medical Centre is committed to upholding the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to ensuring that our practice remains free from any form of exploitation. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
To support this commitment, we have:

- Committed to regularly reviewing our policies and supplier relationships to maintain vigilance against potential risks.
We will continue to work with our staff and suppliers to promote transparency, ethical practices, and a culture that opposes all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the practice leadership.
