At the Derby Medical Centre, all our doctors are committed to following the Good Medical Practice guidelines set out by the General Medical Council (GMC).

Good Medical Practice outlines the core principles and values that underpin safe, effective, and professional medical care. Together, these principles define what patients can expect from their doctors and demonstrate medical professionalism in action.

While the guidance is primarily addressed to doctors, it is also designed to give the public confidence in the standards of care they should receive at our practice.
